Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise specified, order processing can take up to 3-5 business days. Please let me know if your order is urgent, and I will do my best to get it packaged and delivered as soon as possible. 

 

Estimated Delivery * 2 - 5 business days following shipment in the United States 

Tracking 

Every order comes with a tracking number from the United States Postal Service. 

 

Damaged Order 

If your order was damaged in transit or arrived incorrectly, please contact me at zipporahcatandanime@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your name and order number, as well as images of the damaged/incorrect items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges & Returns 

Within 30 days after delivery, I provide a 30-day return policy. 

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. 

 

Please note that only full-priced items (not discount or clearance items) may be returned. 

The customer must return the merchandise with a tracking number within 7 days of initiating the refund. The cost of returning the goods to the customer is the customer's responsibility (s). The refund will be executed once the return has been received and reviewed. 

Orders for return to sender 

If your order is returned to sender due to an error that was not my fault (incorrect address provided, order not picked up at post office, parcel refused, etc. ), you have the option of contacting me. If an alternate address is provided and a re-shipment cost is paid, you have the option of having your order reshipped or being refunded for the order plus the shipping fee.
